I finally captured an International Space Station pass from our front yard last night.
A few scenes of birds we saw on our trip to southern Florida last month. Locations were Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve and Big Cypress National Preserve.
Shot with a 2009 Canon HF S100. Edited with Final Cut Pro X. Music from iStock.
These small yellow daffodils opened this morning. Spring has officially arrived in my front yard!
My 20-minute commute home in about 25-seconds.
Shot with a GoPro Hero3 Black Edition using the 4K/15fps ProTune setting. Converted in GoPro Studio to 29.97fps with speedup of 30X with motion blur turned on. Exported using the ProTune preset. Edited on a 1080p timeline in Final Cut Pro X. Music from an Adobe Soundbooth CS5 score.
We spent a beautiful late summer afternoon paddling in Pocahontas State Park.
This is a picture of a Marmot Taku tent that Woody Carr took on Mount Rainier in 1986. The image was a Kodak Ektachrome slide scanned with an Epson V600 scanner. Mike Woolley is standing behind the tent.
The water in this stream was so clear the green vegetation on the bottom seemed like a reflection. Mesmerizing…
This bloom opened this morning.
There was nice late afternoon light last week.
